Sleep sounds, and an alarm you have to wake up for.
Nannara
Eleven natural recordings — rain, wind, a forest waterfall, distant thunder, an owl at night, and the steady hum of a hair dryer — mixed live on your phone. Set the level of each channel separately and the timer fades the whole mix out once you are asleep.
The alarm is the other half. It rings on the lock screen and through silent mode, and dismissing it takes more than a tap: pop the balloons, or get up and walk a set number of steps. A few minutes later the app checks that you really did stay up.
