Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 August 2026

By downloading or using Nannara you agree to these terms.

Licence

Nannara is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control. This licence is granted under Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies in full except where these terms are more specific.

Nannara Premium

Nannara Premium is an auto-renewing subscription offered on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis. The monthly plan includes a 7-day free trial for subscribers who have not used the trial before.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown for your plan.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
  • If you cancel during a free trial, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited when the subscription is cancelled.

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm any purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.

The alarm

Nannara's alarms are scheduled through Apple's AlarmKit and are intended to ring reliably. Even so, an alarm depends on your device: it will not ring if the device is switched off, out of battery, or if you have declined or later withdrawn the permission Nannara needs to schedule alarms.

Do not rely on Nannara as the only alarm for something you cannot afford to miss. Keep a second alarm for flights, exams and similar.

Sound levels

Nannara plays audio for long periods while you sleep. Set the volume to a comfortable level and follow the guidance in Apple's Health app about listening levels, particularly if you use headphones.

Not a medical device

Nannara plays sounds and tones, including 432, 528 and 852 Hz options. These are provided for listening only. Nannara is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and is not a substitute for professional advice about sleep or health.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or the audio recordings it contains, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

Content and ownership

The app, its design, and the audio recordings it contains are owned by us or licensed to us. Your rights are limited to using the app as described here.

Disclaimer and liability

Nannara is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including missed wake-ups. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and these terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Changes

These terms may change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top, and continuing to use the app means you accept it.
